# Southern Girl with Nikki ## Booking & Reading Policies Welcome to Southern Girl! I'm so glad you're here. Before booking your reading, please take a moment to review the following policies so we can have a smooth and enjoyable experience together. ### Payment & Refund Policy All readings must be paid in full at the time of booking. **All reading purchases are final and nonrefundable once the reading has been delivered or the scheduled session has begun.** This includes situations where the information shared is not what you expected or hoped to hear. For cancellations before a session begins, any refund rights required by applicable law will be honored. ### Cancellations & Rescheduling Life happens, and I understand that plans sometimes change! If you need to reschedule your phone reading, please contact me at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. One reschedule is permitted per booking, subject to availability. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may not qualify for rescheduling. ### Late Arrivals & Missed Appointments Please be available at your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your reading may need to be shortened or rescheduled. If you miss your appointment without notice, your booking may be forfeited, subject to applicable law. ### Reading Expectations My readings are intended to offer intuitive insight, clarity, encouragement, and personal reflection. I believe in being honest, genuine, and speaking from the heart. However, readings are not guarantees of specific outcomes, dates, or future events.
